Shri Bajrang Alliance Limited reported revenue from operations of ₹8,739.43 lakhs for Q2 FY26 (standalone), up about 9% from ₹8,020.93 lakhs in Q2 FY25. Standalone profit after tax surged to ₹164.94 lakhs from ₹44.00 lakhs in the same quarter last year. On a consolidated basis, total net profit (including share of associates) rose to ₹1,010.83 lakhs versus ₹750.58 lakhs in Q2 FY25, an increase of roughly 35%, driven by a ₹845.89 lakhs contribution from associates (Shri Bajrang Power & Ispat and Shri Bajrang Chemical Distillery LLP). Half-year standalone revenue, however, fell sharply to ₹17,673.48 lakhs from ₹27,069.77 lakhs in H1 FY25, likely reflecting an unusually high base period. EPS (consolidated) improved to ₹11.23 from ₹8.34. Operating cash flow turned strongly positive at ₹2,444.56 lakhs versus a ₹121.26 lakh outflow in H1 FY25.
Sharp jump in quarterly profits and a swing to strong positive operating cash flow are positives for shareholders, but the steep year-on-year drop in half-year revenue is a yellow flag worth watching. The consolidated earnings are heavily supported by associate companies, so standalone performance will be the key driver for the stock.
