Shri Bajrang Alliance reported weak Q3 FY26 results, with standalone revenue from operations falling to Rs 4,695.95 lakhs versus Rs 8,739.83 lakhs in the previous quarter (Q2 FY26). On a year-on-date basis, standalone revenue for the nine months ended December 2025 dropped to Rs 22,369.43 lakhs from Rs 31,792.88 lakhs in the same period last year — a decline of nearly 30%. Standalone profit after tax for the quarter was Rs 195.93 lakhs (EPS Rs 2.18), down from Rs 340.44 lakhs in Q2 FY26, while nine-month PAT shrank sharply from Rs 735.15 lakhs to Rs 113.83 lakhs. On a consolidated basis, nine-month PAT fell to Rs 618.84 lakhs from Rs 2,121.17 lakhs, weighed down by lower contribution from associates. The statutory auditor (SSD & Co) issued a clean, unqualified limited review report on both standalone and consolidated numbers.
Sharp revenue and profit decline both sequentially and on a year-on-date basis signals demand weakness or pricing pressure, which is a negative read for shareholders. The clean auditor opinion provides some comfort on reporting quality, but the steep fall in profitability may weigh on the stock in the near term.
