Shri Dinesh Mills Limited has submitted its audited financial results for the quarter and full year ended March 31, 2025, for both standalone and consolidated bases. The statutory auditor, M/s. R. K. Doshi & Co. LLP, has issued an unmodified (clean) opinion with no qualifications or adverse remarks on either set of results. On a standalone basis, profit before tax stood at Rs. 6,751.26 lakhs for FY25, down from Rs. 7,437.74 lakhs in FY24, while operating cash flow declined to Rs. 795.47 lakhs from Rs. 1,427.56 lakhs. On a consolidated basis, profit before tax improved to Rs. 1,184.01 lakhs from Rs. 555.09 lakhs, and operating cash flow rose to Rs. 1,795.30 lakhs from Rs. 1,076.13 lakhs. Results of subsidiary Dinesh Remedies Limited, which is being divested, have been classified as discontinued operations.
The clean audit opinion removes any near-term governance red flags for shareholders. The decline in standalone profits and operating cash flow warrants attention, though consolidated numbers improved, partly aided by the discontinued operations classification.
