Results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2026 were approved as unaudited. Profit before tax was Rs 1,298.65 lakh standalone and Rs 1,345.73 lakh consolidated. Dhirubhai Shah & Co LLP issued unmodified review reports; its predecessor reviewed the June 2026 quarter.
