Shri Jagdamba Polymers reported a revenue decline for FY 2025-26. Standalone total income fell to Rs 4,353.23 lakhs from Rs 4,909.37 lakhs in the prior year, while consolidated total income declined to Rs 4,501.49 lakhs from Rs 4,909.44 lakhs. Standalone net profit after tax dropped to Rs 413.86 lakhs from Rs 480.97 lakhs (~14% decline), and consolidated net profit fell to Rs 362.38 lakhs from Rs 480.79 lakhs (~24.6% decline). EPS on consolidated basis was Rs 41.38 vs Rs 54.90 in the prior year. The auditors issued unmodified (clean) opinions on both standalone and consolidated financial statements. Exceptional items of Rs 285.82 lakhs (insurance claim for loss of stock) were recorded. The company also appointed Mr. Sachin Solanki as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27 and received a refund of Rs 674.60 lakhs interest on customs duty, shown under other income.
Revenue and profit both declined year-on-year, with consolidated PAT falling nearly 25%, which could put pressure on the stock price. However, the clean audit opinion and the insurance refund/refund of customs interest provide some support. The company's technical textiles manufacturing operations continue to generate cash from operations (Rs 559.36 lakhs standalone), but the subsidiary Global Polyweave Private Limited contributed losses (net loss of Rs 514.79 lakhs for the year on standalone basis of the subsidiary).
