Shri Kalyan Holdings, an NBFC, reported weak Q2 FY26 results with total revenue turning negative at Rs (10.27) lakhs versus Rs 38.58 lakhs in Q2 FY25, driven by a Rs 30.27 lakh loss on fair value changes versus a Rs 15.80 lakh gain a year ago. Interest income dipped to Rs 20 lakhs from Rs 22.63 lakhs. The company slipped to a loss of Rs 15.45 lakhs in Q2 from a profit of Rs 56.17 lakhs, taking H1 FY26 loss to Rs 26.55 lakhs against a profit of Rs 44.70 lakhs in H1 FY25. Other Equity has eroded to negative Rs 11.71 lakhs as on September 30, 2025 (from positive Rs 14.84 lakhs in March 2025), even though overall net worth remains healthy at Rs 987 lakhs on the back of share capital. Auditor Rajvanshi & Associates issued an unqualified limited review report.
Negative for shareholders — the company swung to losses, book value is being eroded, and core operations are not generating positive cash. Small-cap, low-liquidity NBFC; expect continued stock price weakness unless fair-value losses reverse.
