Shri Keshav Cements & Infra reported strong 9M FY26 results with Total Income rising 35.81% YoY to Rs. 116.31 Cr from Rs. 85.64 Cr. EBITDA jumped 66.85% YoY to Rs. 29.28 Cr, with EBITDA margin expanding by 454 basis points to 25.68% from 21.14%, driven by better volumes, realizations, and operational efficiencies in its cement business. The company turned around at the bottom line, swinging from a loss of Rs. 1.76 Cr in 9M FY25 to a profit of Rs. 3.23 Cr in 9M FY26, with diluted EPS improving from Rs. -1.01 to Rs. 1.85. However, the standalone Q3 FY26 performance showed a dip at the PAT level, with a loss of Rs. 0.54 Cr against a profit of Rs. 0.64 Cr in Q3 FY25, even though Q3 EBITDA margin expanded 477 bps to 27.68%.
The strong 9M performance and turnaround to profitability suggest improving operating leverage and a resilient cost structure, which is positive for shareholders. However, the Q3 standalone loss at the net level may raise short-term concerns about sequential momentum and warrants monitoring in the next quarter.
