Shri Keshav Cements and Infra reported Q1 FY27 (June 30, 2026) results. Revenue from operations rose to Rs 4,718.68 lakhs, up about 16 percent year on year from Rs 4,070.53 lakhs. However, the company swung to a net loss of Rs 517.30 lakhs against a profit of Rs 309.42 lakhs in Q1 FY26, with loss per share of Rs 2.95. Finance costs surged to Rs 735.96 lakhs from Rs 474.40 lakhs. The cement segment turned from a profit of Rs 297.34 lakhs to a loss of Rs 113.87 lakhs. Auditor Singhi and Co issued a qualified review citing unresolved GST investigation (Rs 641.52 lakhs advance plus Rs 218.11 lakhs interest and penalties).
Stock may face pressure. Consecutive quarterly losses, rising finance costs and a qualified auditor review on pending GST probe are concerns for shareholders.
