Shri Niwas Leasing and Finance is sending a final reminder to holders of partly paid-up equity shares (ISIN: IN9201F01013) to pay the First and Final Call Money of Rs.5 per share by November 20, 2026. Out of total partly paid shares, 14,43,434 have been converted to fully paid, while 3,85,26,566 shares still have outstanding call money. Shareholders with unpaid partly paid-up shares risk losing their investment if call money is not paid by November 20, 2026.
