Shri Venkatesh Refineries reported strong financial performance for FY ended March 2026. Revenue from operations nearly doubled to ₹137,757.38 Lakhs from ₹70,164.21 Lakhs in the previous year. Profit after tax more than doubled to ₹3,820.25 Lakhs from ₹1,807.87 Lakhs, representing 111% growth. EPS improved to ₹17.27 per share from ₹8.17. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 1 per share and approved related party transactions for FY 2026-27. However, operating cash flow turned negative at ₹6,984.67 Lakhs due to significant increases in inventories and trade receivables. Total borrowings increased substantially with short-term borrowings doubling to ₹21,138 Lakhs. The auditor issued an unmodified (clean) opinion with no qualifications.
The company delivered exceptional topline and bottomline growth, which is positive for shareholders. However, the negative operating cash flow and rising debt levels raise concerns about working capital management and financial leverage. The stock may see positive reaction to growth numbers but investors should monitor the rising debt situation.
