Shriram Properties reported strong turnaround with standalone revenue jumping 204% to Rs 19,398 lakhs from Rs 6,371 lakhs in FY2025. The company swung from a loss of Rs 5,774 lakhs to profit of Rs 756 lakhs in standalone PAT. Consolidated revenue grew 54% to Rs 1,26,741 lakhs from Rs 82,344 lakhs, with consolidated PAT rising 30% to Rs 10,081 lakhs from Rs 7,730 lakhs. EPS improved from Rs 4.53 to Rs 5.91 on consolidated basis. Operating cash flow turned positive at Rs 6,306 lakhs versus negative Rs 8,626 lakhs last year. The board also approved acquiring equity shares from JV partners. Auditors issued unmodified opinions but included an Emphasis of Matter regarding an Enforcement Directorate search at company premises in October 2024.
The company has demonstrated a significant operational turnaround with revenue and profitability both improving substantially. The Enforcement Directorate investigation remains a concern though no formal findings have been received yet. Shareholders may view the results positively given the sharp recovery in earnings and cash flows.
