Shriram Properties reported Q2 FY26 consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 20,531 lakhs versus Rs 14,056 lakhs in Q2 FY25, about 46 percent growth. Consolidated net profit for the quarter was Rs 857 lakhs against a Rs 79 lakh loss a year ago. For H1 FY26, consolidated PAT rose roughly 75 percent to Rs 2,916 lakhs. Standalone remains in the red with H1 FY26 loss of Rs 1,821 lakhs and a quarterly standalone loss of Rs 926 lakhs. Auditor issued unmodified limited review, but flagged an Emphasis of Matter on the October 2024 Enforcement Directorate search at company premises, with no findings communicated yet.
Strong consolidated numbers suggest improving demand, but standalone losses and the unresolved ED probe keep some caution warranted for shareholders.
