Shriram Properties reported FY25 sales volume of 4.31 million sq ft with sales value of Rs. 2,288 crores, nearly flat YoY due to approval and occupancy certificate (OC) delays in Q2-Q3. Full year revenue stood at Rs. 973 crores with net profit of Rs. 77 crores, marking the highest annual profit since listing. Q4 was a standout quarter with revenue of Rs. 428 crores (up 138% QoQ), PAT of Rs. 48 crores (up 137% YoY), driven by 1,396 home handovers. Customer collections hit a record Rs. 1,484 crores and net debt fell 26% to Rs. 326 crores, with debt-equity improving to 0.24:1. Management outlined a 3-year mission to reach Rs. 5,000 crores in annual sales, Rs. 2,500-3,000 crores revenue, and Rs. 250-280 crores earnings by FY28, supported by a 17 million sq ft existing pipeline and plans to add 15-20 million sq ft more.
Strong Q4 recovery and record collections signal improving execution. Management's multi-year growth roadmap and pipeline visibility are positive for long-term shareholders, though near-term revenue remains dependent on project completion and OC timelines.
