Shriram Properties reported strong financial performance for FY26. Standalone revenue from operations jumped 204% to ₹19,398 lakhs from ₹6,371 lakhs in FY25, with profit after tax turning positive at ₹756 lakhs versus a loss of ₹5,774 lakhs in the previous year. Consolidated revenue grew 54% to ₹1,26,741 lakhs from ₹82,344 lakhs, with consolidated PAT rising 30% to ₹10,081 lakhs from ₹7,730 lakhs. EPS on consolidated basis improved to ₹5.91 from ₹4.53. The auditors issued unmodified (clean) opinions on both standalone and consolidated results. The Enforcement Directorate had conducted a search at company premises in October 2024, but no formal communication regarding findings has been received as of the reporting date. The company also announced plans to acquire equity shares from partners in 4 joint ventures.
The results show a dramatic turnaround with significant revenue growth and return to profitability at standalone level, which is positive for shareholders. The consolidated PAT growth of 30% indicates healthy operational performance. The ED search remains an outstanding concern though no charges have been filed.
