Shriram Properties delivered a record FY26 with revenue of INR1,357 crores (up 39%) and net profit of INR101 crores (first time crossing INR100 crore mark), up 30% YoY. Q4 was particularly strong with revenue of INR663 crores (up 55%) and net profit of INR79 crores (up 65%). Collections reached all-time high of INR1,661 crores (up 12%), while customer handovers stood at 3,465 units (up 10%). The company entered Pune market with maiden launch achieving over 300 unit sales. Debt was reduced from INR593 crores to INR448 crores, with net debt-to-equity maintained at comfortable 0.3x. FY27 guidance includes sales value of INR3,300-3,500 crores and collections of INR2,100-2,200 crores.
Strong execution and debt reduction strengthen the balance sheet. FY27 guidance of ~40% growth in sales value and 25%+ growth in collections indicates continued momentum.
