Shubham Polyspin Ltd reported Q2 FY26 (quarter ended 30 Sept 2025) revenue from operations of Rs 14.03 crore, a slight YoY decline of about 1.4% from Rs 14.24 crore in Q2 FY25. Profit after tax for the quarter rose to Rs 13.31 lakh from Rs 12.02 lakh YoY, up around 11%. For H1 FY26, total income stood at Rs 31.28 crore versus Rs 26.85 crore in H1 FY25, a growth of roughly 16%, with PAT at Rs 32.69 lakh vs Rs 29.14 lakh. Total borrowings remained nearly flat at around Rs 8.38 crore against equity of Rs 16.36 crore. Operating cash flow, however, was very weak at just Rs 7.95 lakh for H1 FY26 compared with Rs 225 lakh for the full FY25, mainly due to a sharp jump in trade receivables (Rs 6.94 crore vs Rs 4.55 crore). The statutory auditor Jain P.C. & Associates issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications.
Results are mixed — modest H1 top-line and bottom-line growth, but the sharp drop in operating cash flow and rising receivables raise near-term liquidity concerns for shareholders despite a clean audit. Watch working capital trends in coming quarters to gauge if cash generation normalises.
