The Board of Directors of Shukra Bullions Ltd approved the audited standalone financial results for the fourth quarter and full financial year ended March 31, 2025, with an unmodified opinion from the statutory auditor M/s A.L. Thakkar & Co. Revenue from operations for FY25 stood at Rs. 156.16 lakhs, a sharp jump from Rs. 58.58 lakhs in FY24, reflecting more than 2.5x growth. Net profit for FY25 came in at Rs. 4.25 lakhs, up from Rs. 1.61 lakhs in the previous year. However, Q4 FY25 turned into a small loss of Rs. 3.03 lakhs versus a profit of Rs. 15.34 lakhs in Q4 FY24, mainly on lower purchase of stock-in-trade and inventory adjustments. EPS for FY25 was Rs. 0.08 (basic and diluted) versus Rs. 0.03 earlier. Operating cash flow remained positive at Rs. 15.86 lakhs.
Full-year revenue and profit more than doubled, which is positive, but the swing into a quarterly loss in Q4 may concern short-term investors. Overall, the numbers are small in absolute size, so the stock is likely to remain a low-liquidity, low-impact name for most shareholders.
