The Board of Shukra Bullions Limited approved the unaudited standalone financial results for Q2 FY26 and the half year ended 30 September 2025 at its meeting on 11 November 2025. Revenue from operations stood at Rs. 36.06 lakhs for the quarter and half year, up modestly from Rs. 32.40 lakhs in the same period last year. Profit after tax fell sharply to Rs. 3.06 lakhs for H1 FY26 versus Rs. 8.39 lakhs in H1 FY25, a drop of roughly 63 percent. The results also booked a large negative Other Comprehensive Income of Rs. (70.66) lakhs, largely driven by remeasurement losses on defined benefit plans, which pushed total equity down from Rs. 260.58 lakhs as on 31 March 2025 to about Rs. 190 lakhs as on 30 September 2025. Operating cash flow for the half year was negative at Rs. (18.29) lakhs. The statutory auditor, A.L. Thakkar & Co., issued an unqualified limited review report.
Profitability has weakened meaningfully despite slightly higher revenue, and the company is burning cash from operations while its equity base is being eroded by non-cash remeasurement losses, which is negative for shareholders and likely to weigh on the stock price.
