Shukra Jewellery's board approved its Q2 FY26 and H1 FY26 results on 12 November 2025. Standalone net sales came in at Rs. 108.06 lakhs in Q2 FY26, down from Rs. 204.13 lakhs a year ago — a sharp YoY decline of about 47%. Despite the revenue drop, profit before tax jumped to Rs. 59.31 lakhs from Rs. 38.45 lakhs in Q2 FY25, helped by lower inventory and operating costs. For H1 FY26, PBT rose to Rs. 63.41 lakhs from Rs. 37.55 lakhs, with EPS at Rs. 0.47 vs Rs. 0.28 last year. The company continues to operate in two segments — Diamond Business and Real Estate — with Real Estate contributing zero revenue this quarter. The auditor (Jain & Golechha) issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications.
The sharply higher profit on much lower revenue suggests strong margin expansion, but the steep revenue contraction is a concern for business momentum. Negative operating cash flow of Rs. 12.96 lakhs in H1 also flags working capital pressure. Net positive on profitability, but shareholders should watch revenue recovery closely.
