The Board of Shukra Jewellery approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Standalone revenue from operations fell sharply to Rs 20.32 lakhs, down about 46.5% from Rs 38.00 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Despite the revenue drop, the company swung back to a profit, reporting a Profit After Tax of Rs 4.10 lakhs compared to a loss of Rs 0.90 lakhs in Q1 FY25. Total expenses also dropped to Rs 16.22 lakhs (from Rs 38.90 lakhs), reflecting a lower scale of operations. On the consolidated side, Total Comprehensive Income improved to Rs 13.62 lakhs versus a loss of Rs 2.00 lakhs YoY. The Board also appointed CS Kishor Dudhatra, Practising Company Secretaries, as Secretarial Auditor for five years (FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30), subject to shareholder approval.
Investors should note that the sharp revenue decline is offset by a return to profitability, though the absolute numbers are very small (in lakhs), making percentage moves volatile. The Diamond and Real Estate segments remain the main businesses. The new secretarial auditor appointment is a routine governance step pending shareholder nod.
