Shukra Pharmaceuticals' board approved conversion of 17,35,000 share warrants into equity shares by promoters Dakshesh Shah (5 lakh warrants) and Parshva Texchem India Pvt Ltd (12.35 lakh warrants). The exercise price of Rs. 25.50 per share (being 75% of the warrant price of Rs. 34) brought in Rs. 4.42 crore. Paid-up capital increased from Rs. 43.79 crore to Rs. 43.96 crore. The company also declared a nominal dividend of Re. 0.01 per share for FY26. Financially, standalone revenue grew 74% to Rs. 56.71 crore while net profit more than doubled to Rs. 22.05 crore. A new MedTech segment was launched in October 2025, and the company now has 4 subsidiaries.
Promoter stake increased through warrant conversion, causing dilution for existing shareholders. Strong profit growth of 130% year-on-year is positive, but remaining 29.08 lakh outstanding warrants pose further dilution risk.
