Sibar Auto Parts reported Q3 FY26 revenue from operations of Rs. 623.13 lakhs, up about 11.6% from Rs. 558.27 lakhs in Q3 FY25 but down sharply from Rs. 828.52 lakhs in the previous quarter (Q2 FY26). Nine-month revenue rose to Rs. 2,035.15 lakhs vs Rs. 1,625.70 lakhs in the prior year period, a growth of roughly 25%. The company remained in the red with a Q3 net loss of Rs. 23.28 lakhs and a nine-month loss of Rs. 35.30 lakhs, slightly worse than the Rs. 34.19 lakhs loss a year ago. Basic and diluted EPS stood at Rs. (0.14) for the quarter and Rs. (0.21) for nine months. The statutory auditor (Chunduru & Co) issued an unmodified limited review report with no qualifications.
Despite strong nine-month revenue growth, the company continues to post losses and the sharp quarter-on-quarter revenue drop signals weak order flow or seasonal softness. Persistent losses with negative EPS suggest near-term profitability remains a concern for shareholders.
