Sicagen India reported its Q3 FY26 and nine-month FY26 results on January 30, 2026, with a clean limited review report from auditor SRSV & Associates. On a consolidated basis, Q3 revenue from operations jumped about 26% year-on-year to Rs. 26,427 lakhs (from Rs. 20,992 lakhs), driven by strong growth in the manufacturing segment (cables subsidiary Wilson Cables). Consolidated Q3 net profit rose to Rs. 493 lakhs from Rs. 420 lakhs, while 9M FY26 revenue grew nearly 9% YoY to Rs. 69,557 lakhs and 9M PAT inched up to Rs. 1,361 lakhs. Standalone performance was weaker — Q3 revenue grew around 9.5% YoY to Rs. 13,433 lakhs with PAT at Rs. 393 lakhs, but 9M standalone revenue actually declined about 5.5% YoY to Rs. 38,058 lakhs. The company booked a Rs. 31 lakh exceptional charge for the one-time impact of the new Labour Codes notified in November 2025.
Mixed picture for shareholders — consolidated results show strong top-line growth led by subsidiary expansion (especially cables), improving operating margins, and a higher consolidated EPS of Rs. 3.44 for 9M FY26 versus Rs. 3.32 last year. However, the standalone core business is sluggish, with 9M revenue and profit declining, suggesting growth is currently dependent on subsidiary performance rather than the parent's trading and manufacturing operations.
