Pristine Malwa Logistics Park, a wholly owned subsidiary of Pristine Logistics & Infraprojects, has merged into its parent under a scheme sanctioned by the Regional Director under section 233 of the Companies Act. Consequently, 5,85,72,399 Sical Logistics shares (73.41% of equity), earlier held by the subsidiary, now vest in Pristine Logistics & Infraprojects. This includes 1,19,00,000 encumbered shares (14.92%). Total promoter group holding remains unchanged at 73.41%. The transfer is inter-company and not an open market transaction.
