The Board was originally set to finalize terms of a proposed Rights Issue of equity shares (face value Rs. 10) to eligible shareholders for an amount not exceeding Rs. 11,000 Lakhs. The postponement is because Stock Exchanges are still reviewing the Draft Letter of Offer and raising queries, delaying the in-principle approvals needed before the Board can decide on pricing, entitlement ratio, record date and other terms.
