The Board of Directors of Siddha Ventures Ltd approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2025. For Q3 FY26, the company reported a net loss of Rs. 100.83 lakhs, wider than the Rs. 9.82 lakhs loss in the preceding quarter (Q2 FY26). For the nine-month period, the net loss stood at Rs. 112.76 lakhs, a sharp improvement from the Rs. 2,462.65 lakhs loss in the same period last year, which had been hit by huge losses on share trading. Statutory auditor Damle Dhandhania & Co issued an unmodified (clean) opinion with no qualifications. The Board also appointed M/s Vidhya Baid & Co as the new Secretarial Auditor to fill the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s Dash M & Associates on 24 November 2025. The change relates only to the secretarial auditor and not the statutory auditor.
Shareholders should note that the company remains loss-making at the net level, though losses have narrowed meaningfully compared to last year. The mid-year change in the secretarial auditor due to a resignation is a routine compliance matter and does not affect the financial statements, which carry a clean auditor opinion.
