Siemens reported Q5 (Oct-Dec 2025) standalone revenue of Rs 3,398 crore, up 15% YoY, but profit from continuing operations fell 36% to Rs 200 crore. Includes Rs 63 crore exceptional charge for new Labour Codes. The 15-month transitional period saw revenue of Rs 17,917 crore. Board approved in-principle merger of wholly owned subsidiary Siemens Rail Automation, and indefinitely deferred Rs 186 crore metro car assembly capex. Mixed results: revenue growth but sharp PAT decline on Labour Codes charge. Subsidiary restructuring and capex deferral underway.
