Sigachi Industries reported Q2 and H1 FY26 results. Q2 consolidated revenue fell 11.5% to Rs 110.48 crore; pre-fire profit was Rs 2.78 crore. The June 2025 Hyderabad plant fire caused 46 deaths and paused operations for about 180 days. H1 revenue rose 8.2% to Rs 238.73 crore, but a Rs 116.35 crore net exceptional loss from the fire drove a Rs 90.44 crore net loss. Operating cash outflow was Rs 72.74 crore; no insurance recovery booked.
Fire losses, a 180-day plant shutdown, weaker margins and negative operating cash flow raise risk; insurance recovery may offset some losses.
