On the reaction day the stock moved 1.7 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Sigachi Q1FY27 standalone revenue fell to Rs 98.3 Cr from Rs 111 Cr YoY, an 11% decline. PAT was Rs 6.5 Cr versus a loss of Rs 99.1 Cr in Q1FY26, which had a one-time exceptional loss of Rs 121 Cr. Profit margin before exceptional items compressed to 7.9% from 19.6%. Board approved forfeiture of 3.5 Cr unexercised warrants worth Rs 22.9 Cr and reappointed two independent directors.
Revenue decline and margin compression signal weak demand. Low base distorts PAT growth. Warrants forfeited, reducing future dilution risk.
