Sigma Solve Limited's board, at its meeting on 6 August 2025, approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q1FY26. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations rose about 29% year-on-year to ₹2,065.80 lakhs (vs ₹1,600.22 lakhs in Q1FY25), and net profit after tax climbed roughly 32% to ₹518.39 lakhs (vs ₹392.65 lakhs), pushing EPS to ₹5.04 from ₹3.82. Standalone performance, however, was weaker — revenue from operations grew modestly to ₹857.65 lakhs, but a sharp jump in employee benefit expenses (up ~31% YoY) pushed standalone PAT down about 23% to ₹125.34 lakhs. The statutory auditor, Mistry & Shah LLP, issued an unmodified review report on both sets of results, with no qualifications or emphasis-of-matter paragraphs.
For shareholders, the consolidated numbers show healthy top-line and profit growth, supporting the company's overall business momentum, while the standalone decline in profit despite higher revenue signals rising cost pressure that investors may watch closely in coming quarters.
