The Board of Sigma Solve Limited, at its meeting on August 6, 2025, approved unaudited financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations grew 29% year-on-year to Rs. 2,065.80 lakhs and net profit after tax rose 32% to Rs. 518.39 lakhs. On a standalone basis, however, revenue grew only 8% to Rs. 857.65 lakhs while net profit fell 23% to Rs. 125.34 lakhs due to a sharp rise in employee benefit expenses. The Board also recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.50 per share (5% on face value of Rs. 10) for FY25 and proposed a stock split in the ratio of 1:10 (one share of Rs. 10 face value into 10 shares of Rs. 1 each). Additionally, Shah & Shah Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term starting FY26. The statutory auditor Mistry & Shah LLP issued an unmodified review report on both standalone and consolidated results.
Strong consolidated growth driven by subsidiaries is a positive, but declining standalone profits and rising employee costs warrant attention. The proposed 1:10 stock split should improve share liquidity and retail participation, while the Rs. 0.50 dividend rewards shareholders. Stock split and dividend are subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot.
