Sigma Solve Limited's board approved a final dividend of Rs. 0.50 per share (5% on face value of Rs. 10) for FY25, subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot. The board also proposed a stock split in the ratio of 1:10, changing the face value from Rs. 10 to Rs. 1 per share, aimed at improving market liquidity. For Q1 FY26, standalone revenue from operations grew about 8% year-on-year to Rs. 857.65 lakh, but standalone profit after tax fell about 23% to Rs. 125.34 lakh due to higher employee costs. On a consolidated basis, revenue jumped around 29% to Rs. 2,065.80 lakh and consolidated PAT rose about 32% to Rs. 518.39 lakh. The statutory auditor Mistry & Shah LLP issued an unmodified review report on both results.
The proposed 1:10 stock split should make shares more affordable for retail investors and improve trading liquidity. The strong consolidated top-line and earnings growth are positive, though the standalone PAT decline shows margin pressure from rising employee costs that investors should watch.
