Sigma Solve posted Q1 FY27 results: standalone PAT rose 50.6% year on year to 188.80 lakhs on revenue from operations of 840.99 lakhs (slight dip from 857.65). Lower employee and other expenses boosted margins. Consolidated revenue from operations grew 11.5% to 2,303 lakhs with PAT surging 142.6% to 1,257.53 lakhs. Consolidated EPS at 1.22 vs 0.50. Auditor Mistry and Shah LLP issued an unmodified limited review report on both sets of results.
Strong profit growth and margin expansion despite flat-to-modest standalone revenue. Consolidated scale adds positively. A constructive signal for shareholders.
