Signatureglobal (India) Limited announced its audited financial results for Q4 FY25 and full year FY25 (consolidated and standalone). Consolidated revenue from operations for FY25 stood at Rs. 2,498.02 crore, more than doubling from Rs. 1,240.55 crore in FY24 (~101% growth). Net profit for FY25 surged to Rs. 101.21 crore from Rs. 16.32 crore in FY24, with basic EPS of Rs. 7.19 vs Rs. 1.22. For Q4 FY25, consolidated revenue declined to Rs. 520.43 crore from Rs. 694.36 crore in Q4 FY24, but net profit rose ~48% to Rs. 61.13 crore from Rs. 41.25 crore. The statutory auditor (Walker Chandiok & Co LLP) issued an unmodified opinion. The Board also approved acquiring the remaining 15.41% stake in subsidiary Indeed Fincap Private Limited for up to Rs. 2.826 crore, making it a wholly owned subsidiary, and appointed new senior management personnel.
Strong full-year performance with revenue more than doubling and profits growing over 6x signals robust business momentum, likely to be viewed positively by investors. However, the sequential revenue decline in Q4 FY25 vs Q4 FY24 warrants attention. The full utilization of IPO proceeds and the consolidation of Indeed Fincap as a wholly owned subsidiary are positive corporate actions.
