SIL Investments' board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025, both carrying an unmodified (clean) opinion from statutory auditor DMKH & Co. Standalone profit for FY25 rose to Rs. 26.49 crore from Rs. 23.88 crore last year, with EPS at Rs. 25 vs Rs. 22.53, while consolidated FY25 profit grew to Rs. 31.28 crore (EPS Rs. 29.19). However, Q4 FY25 slipped into a loss of Rs. 1.33 crore standalone and Rs. 2.88 crore consolidated, largely on weak fair-value changes. The board recommended a Rs. 2.50 per share (25%) dividend, subject to shareholder approval, and appointed CSM & Co. as secretarial auditor for five years (FY26–FY30).
Positive for shareholders due to the clean audit, steady full-year profit growth, and a 25% dividend declaration. However, the Q4 standalone loss and the change of statutory auditor (from SGCO & Co. to DMKH & Co.) are minor watchpoints for investors.
