SIL Investments posted standalone Q2 PAT of Rs 15.7 cr vs Rs 13.2 cr YoY. H1 FY26 standalone PAT rose 37% to Rs 20.5 cr; total income grew 31% to Rs 31.4 cr, aided by Rs 20.2 cr dividend income. Consolidated H1 PAT was Rs 28 cr vs Rs 20.3 cr. Board also approved investing up to Rs 2.5 cr in Morton Foods (FMCG) via rights issue, a related party deal at arm's length. DMKH & Co gave a clean limited review.
Higher dividend income lifted profits. Small FMCG investment diversifies portfolio; related party nature requires shareholder note.
