SIL Investments posted standalone H1 FY26 PAT of Rs 20.49 cr, up 37% YoY, on total income of Rs 31.41 cr (up 31%). Consolidated PAT rose 38% to Rs 28.01 cr. Growth aided by dividend income of about Rs 25 cr from shares held. Board also approved investing up to Rs 2.5 cr in Morton Foods, an unlisted FMCG company, via rights issue (related party transaction, arm's length).
Strong H1 profit growth largely driven by one-time dividend income. Small new investment in FMCG is under 1 percent of total assets.
