Silicon Valley Infotech posts Rs 9.94L loss in Q1 FY27, NOF shortfall flagged

Silicon Valley Infotech reported a net loss of Rs 9.94 lakhs for Q1 FY27, versus Rs 20.20 lakhs loss in Q4 FY26 and Rs 12.64 lakhs profit in Q1 FY26 (boosted by a Rs 21.89 lakhs exceptional item). Revenue from operations was nil. Total expenses were Rs 9.94 lakhs. The auditor highlighted that the company has not met the required Net Owned Funds (NOF) threshold and management plans an EGM to increase authorized capital. A petition for share capital reduction remains pending at NCLT Kolkata.
