Silver Oak India posted weak Q1 FY27 results. Standalone revenue was negligible at Rs 0.42 lakh with net loss of Rs 32.39 lakh (EPS minus 0.85), vs Rs 43.38 lakh loss a year ago. Consolidated revenue rose slightly to Rs 22.61 lakh from Rs 21.37 lakh, with net loss narrowing to Rs 15.30 lakh from Rs 30.29 lakh, aided by subsidiary APT Infrastructure. Auditor gave an unqualified limited review.
Persistent standalone losses raise sustainability concerns; consolidated picture improving on subsidiary support.
