Simandhar Impex reported Q1 FY27 (ended June 30, 2026) revenue of Rs 7.63 lakhs versus Rs 154.40 lakhs in Q4 FY26 and Rs 0 in Q1 FY26. The company swung to a net loss of Rs 6.56 lakhs from a profit of Rs 6.18 lakhs in Q4 FY26. Basic EPS was minus Rs 0.02. Total expenses were Rs 14.19 lakhs. The statutory auditor (Bohara Shah and Co) issued an unqualified limited review report. Note: the jewellery business was demerged into a subsidiary effective Oct 17, 2025, so these numbers reflect the residual standalone business which now operates at a very thin scale.
Sequential revenue collapse and return to losses after the demerger leave the standalone entity with minimal operating base, which is a negative signal for investors.
