Simbhaoli Sugars has disclosed total defaults of Rs 3,464.96 crores on bank loans and financial facilities as of June 30, 2026. This equals the entire outstanding amount, including principal of Rs 1,010.74 crores and interest of Rs 2,454.23 crores. Of the interest, Rs 2,194.57 crores is not provided in financial statements and is only shown in notes to accounts. The company is under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process since July 11, 2024, which is currently under stay by NCLAT since July 24, 2024.
