Sinclairs Hotels posted Q2 FY26 revenue of Rs 898.48 lakh, up 11 percent YoY, but swung to a loss of Rs 203.59 lakh against a Rs 224.24 lakh profit a year ago on higher finance and depreciation costs. H1 revenue was flat at Rs 2,467.79 lakh while PAT fell to Rs 414.89 lakh from Rs 909.05 lakh. A new 95 room Udaipur hotel started in August. Auditor BSR and Co LLP gave an unmodified review.
Weak Q2 with a loss and H1 PAT nearly halving, mainly on new hotel ramp up and depreciation. Margin pressure visible even as new property adds revenue.
