At its 19th AGM, Sintercom India said FY26 revenue rose about 12% to over ₹100 crore and profit after tax more than doubled on cost control. Q1 FY27 sales grew about 18%. Management targets ₹500 crore revenue in 5-7 years and is developing EV stator components, Tenneco export parts and Bajaj Auto gears. Inventory and receivables rose; cash flow improvement is a priority. Five resolutions went to electronic voting.
Revenue and profit growth plus a five-year target and new EV nominations are positive, but higher inventory and receivables are a cash flow risk.
