Sintercom India reported Q3 FY26 revenue of Rs 25.8 crore, up 7% YoY. Nine-month revenue grew 11% to Rs 73.2 crore. Nine-month PAT jumped 47% to Rs 9.5 crore from Rs 6.5 crore last year. Q3 PAT was Rs 38.5 lakh vs Rs 43.1 lakh, a small dip. EPS for 9M stood at Rs 0.33 vs Rs 0.23. A one-time Rs 59.2 lakh impact from new Labour Codes was booked in employee expenses. Auditor Patki & Soman gave an unqualified limited review report.
Strong 9M profit growth of 47% is positive, but Q3 profit dip and one-time Labour Code cost may temper near-term sentiment.
