On the reaction day the stock moved 2.1 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.4 pts less than its Other Consumer Services peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
SIS Limited has extinguished 6,89,000 equity shares of Rs. 5 face value, bought back through the open market route on stock exchanges. This is part of the buyback that began on August 13, 2026. After extinguishment on October 1, 2026, paid-up equity capital drops to Rs. 70.33 crore (14,06,57,223 shares) from Rs. 70.67 crore, a 0.49 percent reduction. All shares were in demat form; no physical shares were extinguished.
Open market buyback trims share count by about 0.5 percent, mildly supportive of earnings per share over time.
