SIS Limited posted strong Q1 FY27 results. Consolidated revenue rose 29.7% YoY to INR 4,604 cr, EBITDA grew 36.2% to INR 207 cr (margin 4.5% versus 4.3%), PAT up 9.4% at INR 102 cr, EPS INR 7.2. All three segments grew: Security India revenue up 37.3%, International up 31% (7% constant currency), Facility Management up 8%. Board approved open market buyback of up to INR 106 cr at max INR 478.50 per share (1.57% of paid-up capital). Net debt to EBITDA at 1.05x, ROCE improved to 16.7%.
Strong revenue growth and consistent capital returns are positive for shareholders; rising debt and weaker cash conversion warrant monitoring.
