Siyaram Silk Mills reported strong full-year results with standalone revenue from operations growing 15.7% to Rs 2,56,928.49 Lakhs (FY25: Rs 2,22,031.86 Lakhs). Profit after tax increased 14.8% to Rs 22,808.22 Lakhs (FY25: Rs 19,873.33 Lakhs), with EPS at Rs 50.27 versus Rs 43.80 in the prior year. The Board declared a special interim dividend of Rs 4 per share (200%) to mark the centenary birth anniversary of founder Late Shri Dharaprasad Poddar, and recommended a final dividend of Rs 5 per share (250%), subject to shareholder approval. The company also approved a residential housing project at Dombivali with approximately 77,400 sq. ft. built-up area at a cost of Rs 45 Crores. Net operating cash flow declined significantly from Rs 25,605.75 Lakhs to Rs 9,331.62 Lakhs. Statutory auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated financial results.
Positive signals for shareholders with double-digit revenue and profit growth, combined with generous dividends totaling Rs 9 per share. However, the sharp decline in operating cash flow despite higher profits warrants monitoring. The clean audit opinion removes any concerns about financial reporting quality.
