Siyaram Silk Mills Ltd declared a Special Interim Dividend of Rs 4 per equity share (200% on face value of Rs 2 each) on the occasion of centenary birth anniversary of Founder Late Shri Dharaprasad Poddar. The record date is 25th May 2026 and payment will be made on or after 2nd June 2026. Additionally, the Board recommended a Final Dividend of Rs 5 per share (250%) subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing AGM. For FY26, standalone revenue grew 15.7% to Rs 2,569.28 crores while profit after tax rose 14.8% to Rs 228.08 crores. EPS improved from Rs 43.80 to Rs 50.27. The company also approved a Rs 45 crore residential project at Dombivali, Thane.
