Siyaram Silk Mills reported strong FY26 results with standalone revenue from operations of Rs. 2,56,928.49 lakhs, up 15.7% from Rs. 2,22,031.86 lakhs in FY25. Profit after tax grew 14.8% to Rs. 22,808.22 lakhs from Rs. 19,873.33 lakhs. The board declared a special interim dividend of Rs. 4 per share (200%) on the centenary birth anniversary of founder Late Shri Dharaprasad Poddar, plus recommended a final dividend of Rs. 5 per share (250%), subject to shareholder approval. Auditors issued unmodified opinions on both standalone and consolidated results. The board also approved development of a residential project at Dombivali, Thane with 68 units (2 BHK) across ~77,400 sq. ft. built-up area at an estimated cost of Rs. 45 crores.
The 15.7% revenue growth and 14.8% PAT growth indicate solid operational performance. Shareholders will receive total dividends of Rs. 9 per share (400% on Rs. 2 face value), which is positive. The new residential project signals diversification into real estate, which could provide additional revenue streams going forward.
