Q2 FY27 total income rose 15.1% year on year to ₹827 crore. EBITDA rose 8.0% to ₹131 crore, but profit after tax fell 13.8% to ₹75 crore. Management cited raw material inflation; EBITDA margin narrowed to 15.8% from 16.8%. H1 income was ₹1,293 crore and profit after tax ₹86 crore. The company had 61 stores, targets 70 by FY27, and sees an encouraging festive-season outlook. It also issued ₹318 crore of bonus 9% NCRPS.
Revenue and store growth support optimism, but falling profit and narrower margins may weigh on sentiment. The 9% NCRPS adds financing obligations.
